1. What services do you offer?
We provide monthly bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, payroll support, financial reporting, and year-end collaboration with your tax professional.
2. How much do your bookkeeping services cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your business, transaction volume, and the level of support you need. We offer flat-rate monthly packages so you always know what to expect. (See rates sections)
3. Do you work with QuickBooks?
Yes! We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. Our team is also QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified.
4. Can you clean up my books if they’re behind or in bad shape?
Absolutely. We do specialized projects for catch-up and clean-up work.
5. Do you work with businesses in different states?
Yes. We offer remote bookkeeping services and support clients across multiple states and industries.
6. How do you keep my financial information secure?
We use encrypted, secure platforms to store and share documents. Your financial data is always protected and confidential. Every client agreement comes with a standard NDA.
7. Will you communicate with my accountant or tax preparer?
Yes. While we currently do not offer tax services, we are happy to work directly with your accountant to ensure your books are tax-ready and accurate.
8. How often will I get reports?
Most clients receive monthly financial statements, including a Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet. Additional reports are available upon request.
9. Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No long-term contracts are required. Services are offered on a month-to-month basis. 
10. How do I get started?
